This will enable us to optimise our appointments and ensure all patients are catered for in a timely fashion.<\/p>\n<p><u>Where less than 24 hours\u2019 notice is given, we may need to impose penalties as per below:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>12-24 hours notice: 50% of session fee<\/li>\n<li>&lt;12 hours notice: 100% of session fee<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Thank you for your understanding.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #40cbf5;\">Insurance information<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>The cost of your treatment can be\u00a0greatly reduced\u00a0if you have your own health insurance. We recommend that you check your policy details to see exactly how much of a reimbursement you are entitled to, as the amount can vary between each company.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #40cbf5;\">Tax Relief<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Physiotherapy charges qualify for Health\/Medical Expenses tax relief. For example, if you spend \u20ac55 on physiotherapy and you receive \u20ac35 from your health insurance company, then the remainder of \u20ac20 is subject to tax relief. From 1 January 2009, relief is granted at the standard rate of Income Tax of 20% so you can receive a further \u20ac4.00 in tax relief resulting in a \u20ac39 reimbursement per visit.
